003 - Richlawn RR v2 - The New RR Room

Here is the best drawing that I have of the Railroad Room.  It is the front room of the new house.

I have the rough drawing, so we'll have to guess at the actual dimensions.  The double doors of the den can be moved to open outside.

Rick is partial to Kevin Klettke's layout (http://wnrr.net/overview.html ) and perhaps could use it as a starting point.  I took a look and really liked Kevin's work.  Rick sent me several around the room shots of the layout, which I don't have permission to publish yet.  Overall his layout has a great feel to it.  Here is the trackplan.
