0030 Savannah Central - A/P Civil Evaluation

When you are working on your NMRA Achievement Program steps it is great to have a 15 year Regional AP Chairman as a close friend!  Mark Evans took my track plan and evaluated it for AP Civil.  Wow!  Look at the great feed back diagram!  Looks like we have it all covered.

I had to travel extensively over the past two weeks, so getting started was delayed.  I still need to tweak the design, and we'll try to do that this week while I'm home.
