Thayne has agreed to help me cut some lumber, so I made a trip to the Home Depot tonight and picked up a sheet of 11/32 plywood, two sheets of 1" thick extruded foam board and a small 2x4 sheet of plywood for a shelf.
That should do it!
I'll go to Thayne's tomorrow and will rip the boards.
